Small protests broke out in various areas around Lebanon after consultations were held on Monday with member of parliament, Najib Mikati, appearing as the front runner to replace Saad Hariri. Mikati is the choice of the March 8 coalition, which includes the Lebanese resistance and political movement Hizballah. In Beirut a small protest was held at the grave of Rafiq Hariri, and elsewhere tires were burned shutting down roads by Saad Hariri's supporters.///Around 100 supporters of former prime minister Saad Hariri gathered outside the grave of Rafiq Hariri, Saad's father, in downtown Beirut.
